Ways to keep heart healthy & we are different-me and the world

Be yourself, because the people who mind don't matter and the people who matter don't care I laugh, I love, I hope, I try, I hurt, I need, I fear, I cry. And I know you do the same things too. I read it and my mind, as always started  pondering-Acting means not being yourself but it doesn't changes the reality.. either you have a heart or you don't... So even if you act as if you don't have heart, inside you, you know that you have it and you are hurt.. By acting you are only trying to show the world that you are not hurt ... the world which doesn't matter.. And by doing so you are giving strain to your mind. Heart is healthy when it is happy and it is happy when it makes people(and you) smile. So the best way to keep your heart healthy is to be altruistic-help people and spread happiness without expecting anything in return.. 

You are saying that -I laugh, I love, I hope, I try, I hurt, I need, I fear, I cry. And I know you do the same things too. So we're really not that different, me an...d you" 

But its not true.. 

I LAUGH at humor, THEY LAUGH at people whom they have cheated. 

I LOVE humanity, THEY LOVE power 

I HOPE for peace, THEY HOPE for not getting caught red-handed 

I TRY to achieve, THEY TRY to snatch credit 

I HURT none but myself by taking chance & trusting strangers again and again again, THEY HURT everyone who comes in their way. 

I NEED love, THEY NEED materialistic pleasure

I FEAR God, THEY FEAR for colleague's success 

I CRY for the pain of others and THEY CRY to get sympathy. 

We do same things but for different reasons so we are different.. me and the world.....
